The ASbuilders team worked on the Wai Awiki Hot Springs & Spa in Rotorua City for over a year. We enjoyed being a part of this project that brought together many different trades and teams. Renovation: Partial Recladding
This 1950s home had some major rot/water damage to the exterior cladding, we were called in to look at the exterior to see what steps needed to be taken to get this home protected again.
Navigating the restoration process presented a unique circumstance as the homeowners were based in Wellington, unable to be physically present during the assessment.
